Okay,
So,
Aug. 8th? meet around 11am, walk around Yongsan, then, eat somewhere in Itaewon? That nice Gyro place is great! cheap and freaking amazing!

| I would be well upf for it...but I'm back home from the 1st through to the 18th of August. I'm gonna try and put a new system together in early September, so a get together then would be really helpful...it would be good to have some wiser heads to assist me in choosing the right system at the right price. I switched to Mac about ten years ago, and miss gaming so much (especially in Korea) that I want to 'switch' back to a PC...so my knowledge of video cards, RAM, processor speeds...well...EVERYTHING PC is a decade out of date!!! |

WTF! I'd love to hang out with you girls. I just hate Yongsan. I dunno.
For example, I did actually go there two weeks ago because it's on my way home from work and I needed a box of miniDV tapes. So I go into Ipark Mall, I go to the camcorder floor, thinking here's where to get miniDV tapes......Obseo! None of those guys on that whole floor, literally thousands of camcorders for sale......not one box of miniDV's!! Of course, they wanted me to wait while they did the usual phone thing to get some mate to run them over from wherever the hell they keep them.......bollocks that!
I reckon the best Tech Forum meet-up's could be whenever there's some tech exhibition on. In COEX or somewhere. Get to meet the guys. See some truly interesting new tech....and gawk at the promo girls!! |
