What do you mean "breaks the word down"?

Anyway, they're available in every electronics department of every Emart type place.

I bought one at the electronics market in Youngsan & a second-hand one online from gmarket.

I have been to e-mart and the ones they have do not break the word down phonetically. Does the cell phones do this?
