A MUM who has been banned from raising her children is pregnant for the 14th time and vows to keep having children until she's allowed to keep one.

British mum Theresa Winters is 36 and apart from 2004, has been pregnant every year of her life since she was 19.

All her previous 13 children have been taken off her and her partner by social workers concerned about her lack of parenting ability.

"We just want to be a family, Ms Winters told The Sun.

I won't stop until they let me keep one."

All her children have been adopted apart from a 14-year-old son with cerebral palsy, who is in foster care.

The couple say welfare authorities were mostly concerned with their drinking habits and admitted they had been aggressive in the past.
The children are aged between 17 and one, a boy born in March last year. One boy died at 18 months with a brain disease.

Ms Winters is now 25 weeks pregnant and smoked throughout her interview with The Sun.

She lost one child to authorities after walking out of hospital after it was born in the evening and taken into intensive care. When she returned in the morning, it had been taken into care.

Most of the other children were taken away after their second birthdays.

The couple say they cant afford counselling and have refused to attend free group sessions, saying they dont want to air their issues in front of strangers.

"We are being treated like murderers," Ms Winters said.

"If this one is taken away from me I will try for another one.

If we can't cope I will be the first to admit that and we will never try for children again.

But I really think we can do it this time."
