Seomyeon underground mall. If you get there from Lotte Department Store, head towards the subay for the orange line, line 1. Take a left. Walk some more and eventually, not too far, you should reach the shopping section. Stick to the right and eventually you'll see a few video game shops on the both sides. I can't remember the name of it but the best ones are the furthest shops down. |

Ga-ya Computer is probably best for PCs, peripherals, TVs, and the like. It's across from the Homeplus along Ga-ya-ro (same road and side as O'Briens) on line 2 going towards Sasang....I can't remember if Ga-ya or Dong-eui-dae-ahp stop is the better one to exit.
The Bu-jeon place (just after Seo-myeon) already mentioned is good for games and consoles, handhelds, modding, and memory cards.
There's also Myeong-r(n)yun near PNU, but it's really not that special...I actually haven't been there in ages, so I don't even know if it's still open or not.
If you want used, there are a lot of shops between/along the Beom-nae-gol and Beom-il-dong areas just past Seo-myeon going towards Busan Station on line 1.
There are a bunch of other places scattered throughout the city, but I'd say the 1st two I mentioned are likely your best bets. |
