A condition of my SMOE acceptance was that I enroll and complete a TEFL certificate before I arrive in Korea. I've read that during Orientation, there will be a desk where I go to show my TEFL certificate in order to have my contract be updated with the salary increase.
Do I need to show them the original TEFL certificate or will a PDF copy of it suffice? Otherwise I have to pay a small fortune to have it express mailed to me, and quite frankly I am not down with that nor I am thrilled that my teaching-in-Korea-related expenses keep rising--multiplying is more like it. |
