I keep getting "error 999," not only from my computer. They say it has to do with unusual activity from either the network or the computer. Since I get the same response from two computers, I've ruled out my computer as the cause.
I'm in Yangsan, near Busan. I'm trying to figure out how wide this problem is. It's been several hours, at least, as this is the morning. . . |

Still, no go.
How are things in Busan? Other southern cities? Problems elsewhere? |

The yahoo.kr accounts can be accessed, but not US Yahoo accounts, from this location (multiple computers have been tried).
We'll try a PC Bang later to see. . . |
