My recruiter said this would be the school I would be working at. I don't have a contract yet because I am trying to get my Visa paperwork sent to my new recruiter from my old recruiter...but the new recruiter said as soon he gets the paperwork that the rest of the process will go quickly...so I am assuming that means I will get my contract as soon as he gets the paperwork. I am unsure if he said I would be interviewing with the school or if I had just been offered the position based on resume/picuture...

So with all my rambling complete in the first paragraph there...I guess I am just asking if any of you have heard of the school and what your opinion of Juonju City is.

I have nothing useful to say, but that has got to be one of the strangest names for an English hakwon I have heard. I wonder if the owner knows what "Topiary" means?

I might have also misunderstood him and maybe he meant a branch of the Topia schools? All I know is it sounded like Topiary to me.
