I got an invite but it won't let me login. Says the service is not available in Korea. Its strange considering I'm using hotspot shield. I can use Hulu just fine but no Google Voice.
I even did an IP check and it shows I'm in the US. Anyone else get Google Voice to work from here? |

Google owns the internet, they know all.
Hotspot and Hulu don't work for me anymore...
But the same thing happened to me when I tried Google voice. |

I've had Google Voice for some time (since it was GrandCentral). Even though I can log in and "use it" directly from Korea (no HSS required), it's really of no value, since I can't set it up to forward to an international (non-US) number.
Perhaps one day soon they'll get international number forwarding. Fingers crossed.
(By the way, Hulu hasn't worked for me with Hot Spot Shield for quite a while, since Hulu's advertisers caught on that people were doing that) |
