What are the main qualifications universities look for when hiring? Is the main way of applying/searching for these positions by actually going to the universities?

Universities want people with:
TOEIC/TOEFL teaching qualifications
Post-graduate degree
experience in teaching at tertiary level
prefers English Literature majors

Basically they want someone to help Korean students to study overseas. If the students can't afford/too dumb/too lazy then give them the experience of foreign teaching style in Korea.
