At Bosung station you need to take green bus leaving for Ulpo. The green tea field is about 7.3km away from the station.

If you go to Bosung you should go ahead and make a full day of it. Kang-jin is the birthplace of Celedon pottery. Museum there is pretty good. There are also many potteries you can visit. Sorak-do is also in the area. Nice little island that is also a leper colony. We always eat a little raw fish in the parking lot while waiting for the ferry to Sorak-do. Another little gem is Suncheon Bay.

I went. It was really great. Not as epic as a lot of the tourism stuff for it makes it out to be, but well worth seeing. You should also check and see if there's any kind of festival going on down by the sea. I went to some pretty podunk little fishing town events and it was a completely different experience in Korea. Well worth it. Also, check out Gwangju while you're there. Fantastic place. I would love to make the move some day.
