A 3 million fine for a kiss? What the heck. Maybe this judge should decide what should happen to Koreans attacking/raping non-koreans. I might feel safer.

I think the fine was more of a deterrent to others who think they can hypnotize someone and 'have their way' with them.

Right. If they started actually start punishing people in Korea for crimes (driving/prostitution/domestic abuse), maybe it will deter people from doing it. Right now it's beat your wife -> apologize. Try to steal a kiss -> 3 million won fine.

Haha. It sounds like a bar trick gone awry. I had a guy do a "magic trick" for me the other night that involved putting my number into his phone. Wonder what I could get for that?
