I just went to a really nice "doctor fish" place in Bangkok and since half the teachers in Korea pass through here, thought I would give some info. I tried to do the doctor fish in Korea before and it was a total rip. That was in I-cheon at a spa and to do the doctor fish you had to pay for a whole package totaling about 30,000 won for 15 minutes and there was a big queue. In Bangkok it was a top-notch experience for 250 Bt (9000 won) for 30 minutes.
Anyway, there are a few places in town, the place I went to was in a Japanese part of town. If you stay near any skytrain or subway then go to the Phrom Phong skytrain station. Under the station is Soi 39. About 300 m down the soi the "Foot + Fish" place in a small corner shopping center (look for big green "K-bank" ATM sign on the street). If you stay on Khao-san road, this is all too far but it is easy to get to from anywhere on the subway or skytrain. While at Phrom Phong station the Emporium shopping center is worth a visit and the Queen's Park is really nice with a lake and lot's of activity in the evening.
Anyway, almost time to get back to Seoul.
