Hi EC are recruiting and I was just wonderting what it's like working there? They state 3 months block shifts folloed by 3 months split. salary 2.0m base with overtime 18k-25k/hr.

I know that you have to dress up like a doctor lol, but at least it's all adults.
Anyone know if they are an ok organisation to work for?

As of very recently EC was still deducting pension but was not paying it, so if you sign on figure your salary will be 200,000 won less a month than the contract actually states. They owe over 100 Million Won to the Gov't in pension, according to the pension office. They are currently being sued by a number of former employees for wages owed.

Everything is set up and worded to short change teachers(P&P/Contract). Not to mention the contract is illegal. 10 days of combined sick/vacation unpaid.

I personally saw them screw numerous teachers and employees out of 10's of millions of Won in salary~recently. EC was sold a couple months ago but all of the same people are running the show incl K, KB etc.. The people that run EC are beyond dishonest, they are thieves and cheats. The job itself is not bad and can be rewarding BUT... But, they are always down teachers bc so many people leave as they become tired of being treated so poorly and being short changed. I guarantee that if you sign with EC they will somehow screw you out of money while treating you like BEEP!!

Try searching "channel" in the JRDF

Good luck job hunting! Peace.

If you work for EC just assume to be robbed. K & Company are SCUMBAGS!!!!

It was an interesting experience to say the least. I have never been associated with such SCUM/IDIOCY in my life.

Like I said, good luck with your job search, just stay clear of these wankers. PLEASE! Peace.
