Jeju Air fly Incheon to Kitakyūshū and Osaka-Kansai.
There is another one called SkyStar Airways (flying to Korea to Thailand) although I am not sure if it is still running.

I think "Orient Thai" (another low-cost Thai carrier) has been suspended operating to Korea again. |
