Very, very unrealistic. This would only apply if you have just lost a very significant amount of body fat as you take a drug test. In the real world, you don't need to worry about this. This article is just another case of journalists sensationalizing an obscure topic to add shock value. When you burn fat, it releases all kinds of toxins into your system to be cleansed by your liver and kidneys, this is nothing new. It would take a LOT of weight loss to actually make the test come up positive.
In other words, this article is crapp. |

| there are a lot of ways to false positive a THC test, but this is the least likely thing to happen. |
