|
|
Ok, So a few months ago I had my first experience with red rings and my (American) Xbox 360... Unsure of what to do I went to Yongsan (top floor of the main building located right near the station) Anyway... long story short, the guy attempted to "fix" my xbox (so I thought) after 4 times having to go visit the dude. I live in Ilsan so I would have to make trips out there almost every week for about 4 weeks straight because my Xbox would keep on having the same problem.
Basically don't go to this guy, hes a sketchy dude with shakey hands and he uses chewing gum wrapped in tape to hold parts of the xbox together...
Thanks to jackdaniels for taking the time to look into this and fix my xbox correctly...
So if you are having issues with your xbox, save the trip to Yongsan and PM jackdaniels because hes super legit...

|
|
Just so you know, the process to replace a Korean xbox is super fast and easy. Mine had those horrible red rings. Since mine is the Korean version this is what happened:
1) Wife called Xbox Korea
2) They sent a prepaid package to wrap up the xbox in
3) They sent another guy to pick it up from my apartment after we called
4) They shipped me a new xbox in about a week
Totally awesome.
Prior to that, I attempted to call tech support in the States...horrible... is all I can say. Korea Sparkling! |
