I just wanted any pet people that travel with their pets to know this information. I called Incheon Airport Quarantine after reading the newspaper article in the Korean Times. They said that the newspaper article did not mention that this new arrival rule only applies to dogs arriving from China. No other countries are affected, and arrival procedures for pets will not change.
