Hi~

I'm currently on the search for a 2+ bedroom apartment around Hapjeong, Hongdae or Sinchon.
Max 5 Million Key Deposit and 1 Mil. Monthly rent.


Does anyone know of something available? Tips for realtors/agencies?
How did you find your apartment?
I've been told to just go to a realtor in the area... can they usually speak English?

Yo, my friend and I are living in an apartment at Gongdeok station right now, it takes like 10 mins by bus to sinchon and maybe 15 or less to hongdae depending on traffic. I always go to both the places on weekends and its like a 3000 cab ride, plus its like 10 mins to itaewon by subway, no transfers...3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a real kitchen and living room. It's on the ninth floor w/ a pretty decent view of namsan tower and the surrounding area. We are looking to fill the last room. I'm 24 years old and he's 27. We are both american and like to party on the weekends so if thats not up your ally then it's probably not the best situation.
