Some mates and I are trying to put together a lil' band, mostly just for fun and the need for a hobby. We've been looking around for a drummer, but it's a bit rough, mostly because it's nearly impossible to have a drumkit in a Korean apartment.
So far, we're just covering some songs: Oasis, Cars, Alkaline Trio, Supergrass...but are open to other genres to squeeze in the mix. Also, hoping to find someone that won't be leaving the country in a month or so.
Anyone interested or know someone who may be?

I'm still in the U.S., but I start in Bundang in September. I know it's not close, but man I would LOVE to be in a band again. I'm 23, and haven't jammed since high school, but I had a few bands, and we played a few shows. Fun times.
Being that I'm not in Korea yet, I'm not sure how "not close" I am to Gwangju. Would it be unreasonable to have a drummer who lives where I will? |
