Listen to this Midnight Runner podcast. Bass asks the recruiter about the age factor in hiring by public schools. (SMOE, GEPIK, EPIK, etc.)

At about 12 minutes in, they talk about hiring criteria. And at 12:45 the age question is discussed. At 13:40 Bass asks if there is an age cutoff.
