I work and live in Pyeongtaek. I am moving to Ilsan next month and will be working there also. My co-teacher called and asked which office I should go to, Suwon or Uijeongbu. They said Uijeongbu. So, I went there today, and they told me to go to Suwon because I haven't moved. I complained about it and they suggested I change my address to the new school's address. This way they could process the visa, but I am wondering if I will need to go again to change the address. If I do, is it possible to get this done through regular mail, or must I go in person?

How have others dealt with this? When do you submit your paperwork?
