"OK OK" when you ask for something? Then they ignore the rest of what you say.

The next Korean who says that will get a kick in the teeth.

Yes, I have also seen them get lazy in speaking their own language. example when some Koreans say day(if spelled correctly) meaning yes others will say ya ten times as if they do not want to be bothered Mad Mad

"ssssssssssssppppppppppptttttttt"

Drawing air through lips when asked to do something they don't really want to do, or asked a question that they don't quite know the answer to.

i find its fun to reply to koreans the same way they reply to me. so if they say "ok ok' to u, just say it back to them next time and watch their reaction, haha.

u gotta learn to take things less seriously when it comes to ridiculous stuff like that (not saying u r, just in general) i used to get all pissy about cultural stuff, now i find ways to have fun with it.

K - u like rice?
me - everyday, i eat 5 bowls (makes 'em feel bad i out do 'em at their own game)

k - u like kimchi?
me - yes, but kimchi is not spicy. i like spicy food.

k boss - u need to wear black pants to school
me - i dont have any
k - u should go buy
me - i tried, they dont have my size
k - get ur mother to send from ur country
me - i dont have a mother
k - then ask ur friend
me - i dont have any friends either

she eventually just gave up and walked away. ive been wearing blue jeans and shorts ever since. not a words been said about it. haha.

and be sure to ssssssssppppppppptttttt before answering any question. be sure to have a look of all seriousness when u do it, as if this has just become habit and u couldnt stop even if u tried. they'll give u this look like "damn, that is pretty annoying"

I just hate it when I approach them in Korean but they reply in English. Sometimes I'll tell them I don't speak English because I'm Polish; I don't speak Korean well but I never will unless I practice.

For me it was today when a K-guy at my church would point at things and say them in English like I didn't know. Usually he does it in Korean and I appreciate it, but today for some reason it was in English. "Gui-tar." "Yes, I know it is." He's a nice guy so he was trying to be nice, but it did make me want to put on the sunglasses and do a zone-out.

Do you have a better example? Guitar in Korean 기타 (gita) therefore he was probably just telling you how to say it the Korean way (there is a slight variation from the English pronunciation)

Haha I do that too. I'm ethnically Italian, and look the part. I've pretended to not speak English a few times to either to avoid talking to a Korean who was bothering me or when someone kept answering me in English.

I'm a gyopo and I've grown up eating Korean food. I STILL get Koreans pointing to Kimchi and saying, "Kimchi. Have you tried? It is good."

No kidding numbnuts. Did my saying, "I'm a gyopo and my parents are Korean and I've grown up eating Korean food and speaking Korean" not tip you off that I've eaten Kimchi before?

I'm a pretty good cook, so sometimes when a Korean points to a food and tells me what it is, I go into a very detailed description, in Korean, on how to prepare the dish.

Besides saying, "Okay, okay, okay.", they like to say, "Yeh, yeh, yeh." I find that even more annoying.

By very detailed, you mean "boil together in pot of water"?

Y'all gonna drive yourselves nuts insisting that another culture with a different phoneme system speak perfectly with our own. . .

We sound a bit funny speaking Korean. . . "AN-yo-AH-se-YO" "BE-b'm-BAP."

I hate how we speak Korean.
