I remember studying about Motorola and their 6 Sigma QC system that revolutionized the world.
What a crock.
I've had my KRZR for 2 years and I've gone to the service center 5 times. (broken speaker. Broken backlight. Random power downs. broken front LCD. )
The latest problem is that when I go to the motorola website it says I need to update the firmware on my phone. I go through all the steps and when I get to the last one it says in Korean, "There is an error updating the firmware. It has been longer than 1 year since you've owned the phone so you can no longer update it for free over the website. Please go to the nearest Motorola Service Center".
I know exactly what will happen when I go to the service center. I will tell them I need the software updated. The guy will look at my phone, not even bother opening it or checking the software version, hand it back to me and say "it already has the latest firmware on it."
