Is Korea monitoring my computer?

Recently, my AVG virus Email scanner has been popping up "connecting to 203.246.171.192"

Afterwards, I've noticed it will pop up again and say "connected to client"

I usually shut of my wifi for a while at that point.

I did an ISP check and it apparently belongs to a government group called KRNIC.

I have run my anti virus and spyware several times but it still continues to happen.

any ideas?

Probably so. You should be fine as long as you don't talk Korean politics, down the government, steal porn, and make unwarranted claims like a Korean company stock is going way up or way down or the KOSPI itself is going to crash or something over the top like that. Slandering companies is another big one to watch out for. Supposebly online gambling is illegal, but that's because gambling is illegal for Koreans except at Kangwon land Casino in Gangwon-do. It is legal for foreigners to gamble.

OP, I wouldn't worry about it, but just use common sense knowing that communism is slowly creeping up around the world like a wolf in sheeps skin by portraying democracy through the use of capitalism.

It's a good be that they work at 덕수중학교 next to Eulgiro 4-ga. You didn't click on uncle K's e-mail spam saying you've been banned from Dave's, did you?

Hehe....

Your disgusting internet surfing habits are destroying our precious family values.

Laughing

Pretty hard to avoid KRNIC.
