Hi all,
I am going through a recruiter to obtain a hakwon position. My recruiter listed a letter of rec as one of the documents I need to get, or at least a reference that they can send a reference check to. Is this more for the recruiter or for the actual schools? I thought hakwons didn't require one? The recruiter said that a letter of rec would be highly preferable to just sending them a name for a reference check, but is it worth the effort to make someone write me a letter? Thanks! |
