I have a 2BR apartment in Haebinchon... I'm in need of some extra cash, so I'm renting the room out until my next pay check- probably about a month from now. It's 100,000W per week, 400,000W for a month, or 15,000W per night.
I've had people stay in there before, and they seemed happy with it. The place is furnished... there is a living room outside of your room with a couch and table TV. I almost never watch TV (so don't worry about noise), but you're welcome to. I have a full kitchen with a refrigerator and dishes, shower, washing machine, etc. Don't worry about paying utilities.
Your room has a desk and a big closet but no bed. I keep a bunch of blankets on the floor (and a few pillows), and it's pretty much as comfortable as a bed. I sleep in there often, actually. I've had westerners stay along with Koreans, and everyone seemed comfortable sleeping in there.
About me: I'm a twenty-eight year old, relatively normal American male. English teacher (of course). Right now I'm working 9-3 or so, but in a week I'll start working from 12-5 (leave by 10:30, home by 6, probably). Weeknights I generally stay in my room with the door closed... not specifically anti-social or anything, but I'm quiet and keep to myself. Weekend nights I usually go out late. My girlfriend will be around sometimes- probably just weekend days here and there. We're definitely not one of those couples who are joined at the hip... and I'd prefer you be the same way. Not sure why... that just bugs me. I guess I don't like feeling like I have two roommates when I only want one.
Anyway, let me know if anyone's interested. I don't think I'm too picky... just want you to be normal and somewhat clean and quiet. Oh, and I really only want a roommate for a few weeks or so.
Oh, lastly, I will need the money up front. That's pretty much why I'm doing this. I just sent all my money back to America and am kind of low on cash right now. Sorry, but I can't be flexible with this at all... need all the money up front (in exchange for a key).
(By the way, I'm not sure if this sort of thing is posted on here, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to try). |
