I'm heading down to Busan for the weekend. I'm hoping to spend a bit of time at the beach, but does anyone have any suggestions or ideas for something to do that is a bit different?

Or perhaps an interesting motel?

For example, last weekend I went to the Icebar in Seoul, and the dog cafe.

Is there anything like that in Busan? I'm open to all suggestions.

Thanks Smile

Busan is a more traditional and less westernized city. There just isn't as much to do. Try Beomosa in the north of the city, a very pretty temple complex with lots of hiking trails. The fish and goods markets near Nampodong (Jagalchi) are fun for poking around in. I know you want more than a beach, but to me Dadaepo is a good beach as it's fairly wild and more natural than Haeundae, and I used to sit and watch the little crabs on the beach. A lot of people recommend Texas Street but I find it overrated and a little seedy.
