Casio CTK-731 61-key Keyboard
Included:
Keyboard
Power Source
Sustain Pedal
Stand
Soft Carrying Case
230,000 won OBO
I got this Keyboard in March, but I'm going home at the beginning of September, so it's time to sell it. It has worked great for me. The touch response and sustain pedal allow for very expressive playing. The built-in reverbs give a lifelike sound to the piano voice. I've been very satisfied with this keyboard as a means to stay in practice while living here. It's one of the best keyboards I've played in its price range.
Features:
192 pre-programmed tones with 32 user-programmable tones and 8 drum sets
32-note polyphony
Touch Response
16-channel mixer
Built-in Disk Drive
Effects: phaser, flanger, three different reverbs, organ simulator
Pitch Bend Wheel
Modulation Switch
I live in Icheon, an hour south of Seoul. If you want, I can meet you with the keyboard in Seoul or Suwon.
I can't seem to get the image code working, so click this link for a picture:

And here's Casio's web page for the CTK-731:

Floppy disk drive? Is that normal for today's keyboard? I am not a keyboardist, so I don't know. |

well just in case you forgot, here's an image from that casio site the OP provided showing you how to operate the built-in floppy drive system.

i am in the market for a used keyboard to tinker around with. i'm not looking for anything fancy or too high-grade like yours. but it does look like a nice piece of equipment.
i really don't know how much these things go for though. i did a quick search online (not offline) and discovered that these things may be had in korea between 500,000 to 740,000 won! WOW! Isn't Korea behind the times or what? I also saw that this same model was being purchased in Pakistan between 18,000 to 20,000 Rupees (that's maybe between $200-$250).
I'll post my findings just in case there are any disputes (haha, like who really cares) ~ I just don't want someone to complain and ask for links only to find out I'd already cleared my history or something.
http://reviews.harmony-central.com/reviews/Keyboard+And+MIDI/product/Casio/CTK-731/10/1 ~ see latest review from Stan de la Paki.
http://lahore.olx.com.pk/casio-ctk-731-just-like-brand-new-iid-35743924 ~ this is a classified ad from last week or so (or not, the year isn't specified). but you may contact ROCK_STUFF at 0-300-945-0232 (country code is +92).
http://www.akki4989.co.kr/shop/shopdetail.html?brandcode=003002000004&search=&sort=price ~ a Korean page with a whopping price of 740k. the page seems to be outdated; the image doesn't generate.
http://www.saxophone.co.kr/price/key_price.htm ~ Korean site with a 550k price tag.
http://www.pianoshopping.co.kr/ ~ scroll down to find this bad boy at 680k.
http://www.imia.co.kr/_new/shop/prdt_view.asp?s_idx=261 ~ the cheapest in korea from my quick search. you'll be looking at 507,500 won.
From these findings, I guess the keyboard is well priced but I really have no clue. I hope my post helps anyone looking for a high-end late model keyboard.
Also, if you need a floppy drive, you can get 'em for around 15,000 won for an internal and 40,000 won for an external (usb). See gmarket, just search for 3.5인치 fdd or something.
Apparently there are "No links in Posts - Admin" ~ so sorry about the long links. Oh stupid BBcode. |

Yes, that's why I asked. I saw the photo and was curious about it. I would have thought a USB slot nowadays would be used. |

Yeah, I've never actually used the floppy, but it's comforting to know it's there, I guess. I got this keyboard new at the Nakwon music mall for 450,000 after some haggling, so those link prices are still accurate. Thanks for your detective work, Kiwispanker. I can never find what I'm looking for on Korean websites. |
