I normally use Clean and Clear persa gel. I can't seem to find this in the city I am in. Does anyone have any recommendations from a Korean brand? The weather is messing with my skin:(
Thanks! |

go to a doctor and have him prescribe you antibiotics for the bacteria causing you to have blemishes. I'm not sure how health care works over there but in Canada you would see a general practitioner who then recommends a dermatologist. Seeing a specialist of any kind takes several months. |

I never get acne, but the weather has been messing with me as well. I broke out bad on my forehead, luckily my hair covers it up, which is probably why it broke out there to begin with. I just went to the pharmacy in my building, pulled my hair up for the lady there and she gave me an antibacterial bacterial cream for 2500 won. I have maybe applied it 4 times and it does wonders. Hope that helps. |

Go to Enprani and ask for Acwell Super Spot Clear (아크휄 슈팟 클리어) and M&ACNE Mild Foam Cleanser. |

The Body Shop sells tea tree oil - an extract that's naturally astringent and antibacterial. Pat it onto blemishes after you've washed your face with mild soap and hot water and you'll be set. |

i went to a skin doctor and his gave me "acne aid" a soap free cleaner. its been doing pretty well. not enough on its own though. i agree with the tea tree oil from body shop. careful when using and only use it on the blimish, cause it will dry out anything it touches. it comes in a tiny green bottle. (dont use the stick version, looks like a mascara stick, its sucks and only made my breakouts worse)
i had a small bar of sandle wood soap that worked well for a while too. cant remember where i got it from.
make sure u couple any of these with a toner, i like the seaweed toner from body shop, but every face is different, so u just have to try and see what works best.
also, if ur a girl, u might want to try switching to a mineral based foundation like that from mary kay. less harsh chemicals and more of an organic base. |

Just wanted to tell you, there are studies now about how dairy products affect acne because of hormones.
So if you can avoid dairy products including chocolate and ice cream.
I was clear free for almost 6 months until recently I started eating ice cream again.
Meh, I'll take a few pops and bumps here and there for caramel mocha |

A bit of baking soda will do the trick.
You're welcome. |
exfoliation is one of the worst things you can do when you have a break out. it just inflames and irritates problem area, and pops the zits so the bacteria spreads. not good. |

For Daily care go online and order some Biore...Clean & Clear is Crap.
Most of the skin products here are formulated and tested on Asian skin, so take that into consideration.
The Face Shop makes a decent product, but it is def. meant for Asian skin.
The prob here is you can't tell what the Active Ingredient is on a lot of things...
My Skin and Hair quality have gone done since I got here...When i go back to the states I'm bringing back 12 bottles each of my shampoo, conditioner, and facial products. |
