All the teachers are cheering another teacher as he just got promoted to V.P. As usual it is the guy who never says hello and can't speak even one word of English who gets promoted. I think the guidelines must state new V.P. soon to be priciple must be internationally challenged so Korea schools change as liitle as possible.
