What wouldst thou prognose and/or prescribe?

I, personally like to dish out the cocktails and name a syndrome afterwards, depending on what we end up with.

So. 3 days' Stelazine to knock him off his rails and into submission. [what a spoilt rotten little SHPOS!]
Then ramp him up on an antidepressant. Perhaps Zoloft,
but Cymbalta is newer, more expensive and shows great promise.
Goal: 120mg/day.
Xanax. Take 1 or 2 0.5mg tabs up to 3 times daily AS NEEDED.
[Gives him room to experiment, while still being under the doctor's control.]
Sleepy time>? Trazodone at first. 1/2 to 1 tab 100mg at beddyby time.
Gotta be careful with this one due to risk of priapism at higher doses.
"The Magic Pink Pill" Seroquel. Always leave plenty of this as backup.
Prescribe for sleep AS NEEDED. Up to 50 mg/night.
Again, caution should be exercised. Some attribute the astronomical suicide rate amongst returning veterans from Iraq and Afghanastan to overuseage of Seroquel.
