| That's not a police department. A police department is an agency of a local government. What you've linked to is a private enterprise with a crappy website. The founder of the company very well may using the Serbian symbols because of personal background (perhaps family being from Serbia). The site sucks so bad I gave up trying to find out any more about the company or its founder. |

| Would the "City of Hardin Police Department" decals on their vehicles be evidence of impersonating a police officer? If so, would that be a felony or misdemeanor in the state of Montana? |

Not the best choice for a logo, since Serbia/Milosevic is most infamously known for genocide of Muslims in Bosnia. That's some sickening irony for a private counter terrorism contractor. |
