You can actually get a new Matiz or Morning close to 7 million won if you chose the cheapest option. But if you want a nice model you can expect to pay 9-10 million. Still a bargain in my opinion and they have less yearly tax, highway fee and fuel consumption than regular cars.

The new Kia Morning LPI/hybrid must be the cheapest car to run in Korea right now.

Don't know the cost price.
