My friend sent me an answering machine from the States.

Will the thing work here?

If you have a transformer/downformer it will work

Yep. A power converter to let your 110V US answering machine accept Korean 220V electricity.

You might also need a cord for a korean telephone connection to small normal telephone connection. But that should be easilty found a a good electronics store or hardware store.

Do not forget the converter/transformer.

Thanks for the help.

Now all I have to do is try to find a store that sells that stuff. Thats going to be the fun part!
