|
|
I accepted a job and mailed my documents to the recruiter. She received everything on Monday of last week and said I would get my visa # on Friday of the following week. Well, it's Friday now, and in an e-mail, she said that it would still be a few more days.
This seems a bit long for me. It wasn't like this the last two times I've come to Korea. Is it because it's the busiest month? Record number of applicants? How long did it take for any of you who just got here?
Thanks! |

The person who made the request will be informed on the 10th day after making the request. |

Is that the 10th working day? It's been 11 working days since my school submitted my docs to immigration and I still haven't got my number. Apparently there are currently a lot of delays. |

I did not send my info. to the recruiter - I sent it directly to the school. It took Immigration 6 days, and that was the end of July. |

I did mine a couple of weeks ago. They had told me it would be about 2 weeks. I gave the school the paperwork on Monday, and the following Monday, I got the number. So, for me, it was 7 days start to finish. Maybe the specific office they are using is busy? |
