You can get those huge things that go on a thing...you know? Darn, can't remember the name... Sad Anyway, they deliver those, I dunno, 10(?) liter jugs to your home and it goes on a filter thing where you can get hot and cold water from. Will cost ya more than drinking tap water of course...

I'm sure drinking tap water wouldn't kill you (straight away), but still...I wouldn't do it. The pipes are old. And I always see stuff floating around in the water. I don't even give tap water to my dog... Shocked

A water cooler.

You can get those squat lil purifiers and have hot and cold potable water on tap for 20k or less. They shut off the water, take off your kitchen faucet, and pole off the cold side. The cooler sits on yr countertop. You can also get the floor standing ones.

Hot chocolate anytime is awesome in the winter, as is ice cold, good tasting water in the summer.

What about buying bottled water... it's not that expensive here.. I used to buy 4/gallon water in the states when I was living by myself and had a Pur water filter which went right on the tap when I was living with family... Good water costs money no matter where you are!

Run the water for 5 seconds before using it, problem solved.

I always have to laugh at weirdos afraid of tap water.

In Gumi, not one local I met drank unfiltered tap water. It was on the news as being heavily polluted.
