Anyone seen any low fat salad dressing?
I'm enjoying eating salads at home a lot. Last trip home I even bought a salad spinner and a big bottle of low fat dressing. But the dressing is running out. All I see in the stores is stuff that seems to be 100% fat. Even the Hannam market doesn't carry low fat. Ranch is my favorite, but French, Italian, or anything would be fine.
Thanks, |

Make your own - vinegar, freshly squeezed lemon juice, olive oil and Maggi's seasoning sauce. |

I agree with above, olive oil is good for you so just get some and make your own.
The classic ratio for salad dressing is 1 part acidic to 3 parts oil, your acidic can be lemon juice or vinigar etc etc.
Then just add seasoning and some herbs if you like. |

I, too enjoy eating salad at home and do quite frequently. While it might not be low fat, I buy McCormick Ceasar dressing (low carb) and mix it with Pace picante sauce (low carb) at Costco.
I might be weird, but I like the taste, and the calories aren't so much to speak of in a salad. |

Is Maggi's seasoning sauce something Korean? Something I find at Costco or Home Plus?
I say the virgin (or "extra" virgin) olive oil at Costco. I've head a lot about how that is the good oil or good cholesterol or something like that. So that recipe sounds really good.
Hmmm, and some salsa to sounds just fine!
Thanks,
Still, if anyone sees low fat ranch, that would be great. I have found low fat cheese at costco and even home plus nowadays.
Thanks again, |

Try the Red Door in Itaewon if low fat is a must. I've seen it there in years past, but she charges high $$.

| Maggi's is Swiss, not sure if Korea has it actually as I brought my own bottles with me, but I saw it at Wal-Marts in China, and in southern Africa, too, so Korea should have it. It's good stuff, just a few drops to every dish as the bottle says. |
