this is more for the lifting crowd out there.
I'm going to start eating a potato or two with my dinner to counter some carb cravings I otherwise get and foolishly satisfy.
seems opinion is somewhat split on the benefits of one vs the other.
btw.. are Korean potatoes (kam-jah) of the "Russet" variety used stateside and in Europe?

btw.. I'm not diabetic so this isn't an issue though obviously a lower glycemic index is a general benefit.
anyways - opinions/suggestions from those who've tried them are appreciated.

It really does not matter too much at all. Whether you choose one or the other will make a 0.00001% difference in your physique. Just eat whichever one you like. If you were an IFBB pro getting ready for a competition, maybe it would matter. But for a regular guy trying to get muscular, it's over thinking things wayyyy too much.
There is no need to sweat minor details like this and make it more complicated than it needs to be. Just eat a proper balanced diet, sleep enough, train properly and that's it. Bodybuilding is an incredibly simple thing really. |
