In order to get my CRC i need to:
# Apply in person (with picture I.D.); OR
# Mail in application notarized by either a Notary Public or Justice of the Peace; OR
# A release to a third party requires a similar notarization and a third party signature.
So option 2 is the one I'd like to do. While I've read that it's possible to get an affidavit from the U.S. embassy for my CRC and this will be accepted by immigration, what about this notarization for the submission of the CRC request?
Has anyone done this, will the U.S. embassy in Korea make my CRC request form valid? |
