| I have only 8 weeks left on a public school contract and work at two schools. The new semester starts next week and I found out I will have three schools next semester. I have been taken out of one school and that time has been split between two other schools. Now I get to go through the strange adjustment period with two new places. Doe sthis happen to other public school teachers. |

I am at 2 public schools but I work for a private company in public schools. When they gave me a second school I got a bonus 200,000 won per month. I am guessing if I got a third school they would give me 100,000 more, and not to mention my hours are the exact same and the distance the schools are from my home is the same. I don't really mind so much but it's certainly strange... I am having a hard time remembering classes and kid's names and home work assignments. I always write this kind of crap down in the textbooks, which saves the day but even so... it's kind of weird but I don't mind.
All in all I prefer my first first school the most~ the second school has some really crappy kids. |

| Yes, same sort of thing happened to me. When I 1st started, I was put in a middle school and an elementary school as my 2 branch schools while my main school is an elementary school. Last September, they got a bunch of new teachers so they took me out of the middle school and gave me more hours in the 2 elementary schools. It's 100,000 extra for multiple school allowance for transportation and 100,000 rural placement totaling 200,000 extra on top of your salary. |
