Uh, the poll question doesn't exactly have an option for my province Gyeongsangnamdo: Busan is there, in "nam", South Gyeongsang province. not in Gyeongsangbukdo, "buk" North Gyeongsang province.
That's okay. I have no idea what province Seoul is in either. |

It's not in a province. It's its own administrative district, called a "special city". |

VanIslander, nearly every major Korean city has its own administrative district.
Seoul, Busan, Ulsan, Daegu, Gwangju, Daejeon all have one. Thats why Changwon is the provincial capital of Kyeongsangnamdo(your province). |
