Hello All! I'm looking to move out of my apartment at the end of Sept and would like to find someone to fill it!
Where: Gangnam Station, about five minutes from exit seven. (It's just off the main street behind McDonalds).
Rent: With 10 million Key money the rent is 620 000/month. (For Gangnam this is a steal! I have friends who live next door paying over 1 million!)
Size and other stuff: Your standard Korean Villa- 10 pyawng (33 meters squared). It's on the third floor and you have access to an awesome roof! Also the kitchen was just remolded 2 months ago! It's up on a hill so it's very quiet, you can't hear any of the Gangnam noise!
Reason for leaving: I have lived in this place for about 3 years and the only reason I'm leaving is that I'm moving in with two other friends to another place just up the street!
So ya, I'm trying to fill the place myself to avoid that annoying budongsahn fee (300 000 won!)
