Thanks to the guy who mentioned this place on the MMA thread. It is fantastic. Four power racks, glute ham machines, reverse hypers, bumper plates, strongman stuff, plyo boxes, thick grip bars, rowing machines ...and no fruity bicep devices.
The owner is an olympic lifter who has really poured his heart and a heap of money into this place. I really hope he can keep it going. |

| Wow, this place sounds great! Let me ask you about other equipment though: any kettlebells or olympic rings? And the rowing machines; you're referring to ergometers? Those are really hard to find in Canada, let alone Korea! I'll check it out. |

| Do they have personal trainers too? I know how to lift weights but I'd be interested in having someone design a good routine for me that would maximize my gains, spot me, and push me to go until complete muscle failure (hard to do by yourself). |
