Been doing the costco oatmeal and a boiled egg route, but am getting pretty sick of oatmeal.

So, any other quick and easy breakfast ideas? I don't want to break out a pan and would like to limit it it one bowl if possible, and under 10 minutes.

Aunt Jemima pancakes
French Toast
Bacon (American hickory smoked)
Sugar Pops
Apple Jacks

Vanilla extract, and all others can be found in Korea.

I've gone freakishly Korean and just eat the same as I would eat for lunch or dinner. Leftover curry, or stirfry, fried rice, homemade soup or stew, a sandwich, pancakes, french toast, smoothie, ordered in leftovers from the night before. Whatever.

Ya, usually rice and leftovers.... but I've never really been a "breakfast" food person anyway.

Pretty much the same every day

A 7-11 ham cheese and egg sandwich
Two of those packs of 3 small eggs (quail eggs perhaps?)
One or Two mozerella sticks from 7-11
One or two lattes from 7-11

Not too healthy, but I'm used to it.

Eggs are pretty cheap and a good protein source. Mix in some veggies and make omelets.

2 boiled eggs ( I don't eat the yolk)

bowl of 미역국 (seaweed soup) flavored with a half cube of Beef Bouillon

Glass of OJ and one of those little bottles of Red Ginseng

Not much on taste, but minimal clean-up (I hate washing dishes)

2 blueberry bagels from Dunkin'
1 ice latte regular size
1 small cup of hot coffee from a plastic tube bag
6 cigarettes
1 large glass of OJ

Weekends whatever is in my fridge or left in the general area of the kitchen. Mostly frozen gummi bears (they last much longer that way).

I like to make egg-in-the-basket aka one-eyed monsters. You just heat up the frying pan, throw a little butter (or a piece of bacon) on it to grease it, get a piece of bread, tear a round hole in the middle of it, throw it on the pan, crack an egg into the hole, fry it, flip it, and eat it. Slice of cheese and/or ketchup on top optional. I know you don't wanna break out a frying pan, but it's probably the simplest thing you can make with a pan, and it doesn't get the pan all messy either. Takes like 5 minutes, and is delicious.

I also drink that "Denmark Drinking Yogurt" with breakfast, I love that stuff.

If I have nothing in my house though, I just stop at Starbucks because you can get a tall americano + bacon, egg, and cheese bagel "set" for like 6,000. It's pretty good.

Homeplus has a good selection of Tesco brand cereals for decent prices. More variety than just cornflakes.

So we're eating:

Fruit and Fibre
Special Flakes
Special Flakes with berries
Cranberry Wheats
Strawberry Crunch

All with homemade yogurt.

The stock is hit and miss. When it's in we stock up. Buy 10-15 boxes at a time.
