I'm posting this for a co-worker whose S. American gf is interested in coming to Korea to teach Spanish. Are there any opportunities for her here? Is there any interest among Koreans to learn Spanish at all? |

There are some foreign language high schools that offer German, French, Chinese etc and have native teachers. Dunno about Spanish, but seems likely. Does she have a university degree? That would probably help. |

I've come across lots of students that say they want to learn Spanish, and even a few that have studied in Mexico. I don't know of any hagwons that teach Spanish, but I remember reading something about a Spanish cultural centre in Daegu. |
