Baegun-san is a blast and not too difficult: 3.5 km ascent, 6.6 km descent. Ascent on road, descent on fire-access road; hard packed dirt, some parts covered in scree, some washout. Good fun, nothing technical, total time about 90 +/-15 minutes (from trailhead).
I like going early in the mornings since there's no hikers and because I'm back in time for breakfast with my kids. I'd also like to get in some night rides. PM me if your interested. |
