Be interesting to see how big an attendance they'll get. On the other hand it will be god for the sport, and rugby is big in Japan.

To all rugby fans

New Zealand's national rugby team, the All Blacks, will take on the Australians National team, the Wallabies, at Tokyo's National Stadium on Saturday 31 October in the first-ever Bledisloe Cup match to be played in Japan.
One of the most famous match series in international rugby, the Bledisloe Cup is a four-game series contested annually by two of the world's strongest national sides, New Zealand and Australia. Although cup matches are usually held in both countries, the Tokyo round will be only the second held outside of New Zealand or Australia in the series' 70+ year history - the first was a great success in Hong Kong last year.

General sales at major ticketing outlets commenced on 12 September.

Prices range from 3,000 yen for students to 70,000yen for limited Premium Pitch Seats. Hospitality packages are also available.

Click "http://bledisloecuptokyo.net/en/TICKETS/tabid/128/language/en-US/Default.aspx for further information on how to purchase tickets.
For further details, visit the http://bledisloecuptokyo.net/Default.aspx?alias=bledisloecuptokyo.net/en the official Bledisloe Cup Tokyo 2009 website.
Not only is the Bledisloe Cup coming to Tokyo but as part of the build up to hosting Rugby World Cup 2011, New Zealands Giant Rugby Ball Venue will be placed under Tokyo Tower throughout the week of the match. The ball a uniquely recognisable New Zealand marketing venue - has already appeared in some iconic international locations including beside the Eiffel Tower in Paris during the RWC 2007 and under Tower Bridge in London during the All Blacks tour of the UK and Ireland in 2008.
Tourism New Zealand wants RWC 2011 to be the best experience a global rugby fan can have. The giant rugby ball is one of many ways theyre showing visitors how to enhance their rugby tour by enjoying a diverse range of activities and attractions.
