My school had the internet turned on when I got here but the speed (upload) seems a bit slow.
I'm connected to a MNG-2002 Cable Modem (guessing its a few years old) and according to speedtest.net my speeds are:
download: 16 Mbps
upload: 0.42 Mbps
ISP - Hanaro
Obviously the download is great. Wish I had some more upload speed to post videos and such.
Think I should be happy with what I have?

QUite slow in uploading speed 
Call them then ask for fixing your problem asap, if not, cut off then sign another IPS |

I measured my upload speed at 212kbps once. Another time I measured it as 21mbps.........it varies all the time for reasons I don't know.
I wouldn't change my ISP until it seems that it really is so slow all the time. |
