I'm sorry but the top suggestion was to scare people with a smily face. Very Happy muhahaha!

Is it just me or is the government asking the wrong people for suggestions? I honestly doubt that 20-somethings fresh off the boat can come up with suggestions that can have serious impact here. This article proves it.

Imagine guy's fears of going to the urinals now!

But for cheong and social harmony, who knows, this could work wonders. Now we can teach kids from a young age that smily people (usually those retchedly content foreigners) deserve a good spitting and pissing on. Rolling Eyes
