Just wondering if I will be quarantined upon my arrival to Korea? Free week vacation sounds like a phenomenol way to start my Public School career. So the question is if I'm coming from Canada and starting a GEPIK contract will I work the first week?

Also, do I get paid for that week? |

| Yesterday, the Minister of Education gently reproached the schools for 'panicking'. We'll have to 'wait and see' for the reaction, but the likely result will be back to 'business as usual'. |

No sure, but in EPIK you don't get paid until you start teaching. My school made me sign another contract with altered dates after I arrived at school 2 days after orginal contract started (their delay, not mine).
Now, 11 months later, I have to get (pay for) and extension for 2 days to complete my new contract dates. |
